Employee auto-enrollment with the minimum safe harbor employer match.
Employers that have high employee turnover.
Employees who leave within two years forfeit their employer contributions. The forfeited amounts can be used to offset future contributions.
How do employer contributions work?
The employer matches 100% of an employee's contribution up to 1% of compensation, and half of the next 5%.
Example: employee auto-enrolled at 6%, employer matches 3.5%.
Employees forfeit the employer’s contributions if they leave within two years.

Who is this plan for?
Employers that want to maximize the employer match.
This is a safe harbor plan with a more generous employer match than the standard Saver plan.
Employers that want to maximize employee benefit.
Employer match contributions are fully vested so employees will always benefit from employer contributions.
How do employer contributions work?
The employer matches 100% of an employee's contribution up to 3% of compensation, and half of the next 2%.
Example: employee auto-enrolled at 6%, employer matches 4%.
Employer match dollars are 100% vested immediately.
